Biographical
Gregory S. Clayton is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers,. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for his work in litigation and mediation. He holds an "AV" Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He also is an Adjunct Professor of Negotiation at Vermont Law School.
Greg was selected by The Best Lawyers in America as "Lawyer of the Year" for 2019 for his mediation work in the Concord, New Hampshire area.
As a full-time mediator selected to resolve cases across New Englad, Greg utilizes the same focus, insight and personal skills that characterized his trial work for over three decades.
Using an "evaluative" approach to mediation drawing on his experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, he is able to find ways to resolve even the most difficult cases where challenging personalities or unrealistic expectations stand in the way of settlement.
