He holds an "AV" Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He also is an Adjunct Professor of Negotiation at Vermont Law School.

Greg was selected by The Best Lawyers in America as "Lawyer of the Year" for 2019 for his mediation work in the Concord, New Hampshire area.

Using an "evaluative" approach to mediation drawing on his experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, he is able to find ways to resolve even the most difficult cases where challenging personalities or unrealistic expectations stand in the way of settlement.

Greg authors a blog hosted at www.claytonmediation.com which offers insight into mediation and strategies for effective negotiation.

Greg is fully adept at online mediation and writes frequently on effective use of the Zoom platform for mediations.
